Australia’s Competition and Consumer Commission proves that not all Australian’s are smart.

The Verge reports that Apple will have to pay the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission 2.25 million for “misleading statements about Apple’s 4G capable iPad”…or something…

I really can’t wrap my head around how you can misunderstand this:

The iPad with WiFi + 4G model can roam worldwide on fast GSM/UMTS networks including HSPA, HSPA+, and DC-HSPA. When you tavel internationally, you can use a micro-SIM card from a local carrier. You can also connect to the 4G LTE networks of AT&T in the U.S., and Bell, Rogers, and Telus in Canada.

Where does it mention 4G is available anywhere else? Right.
